Tip #4– Pencil Mouth
Have to talk to a suspect on the phone but don't know how to disguise your voice?
No problem. I use this trick all the time.
Take an ordinary pencil and hold it in your teeth. Then talk. Guaranteed, the
suspect won't recognize you.
(Of course, make sure to put the pencil in sideways, not point first - otherwise your scream
will make 'em deaf.)
